Export Process

From enquiry to delivery

We coordinate the key steps between your product requirements, the selected Egyptian manufacturer, quality preparation, export documentation, and shipment to the agreed destination.

Commercial terms, lead times, shipping method, and Incoterms are confirmed individually for each order.

07

Delivery & Follow-Up

Shipping options

Delivery arranged around your order

Depending on the order, destination, and agreed Incoterm, shipments can be coordinated by sea, air, or other suitable freight arrangements.

Sea Freight

Suitable for larger commercial textile orders where cost efficiency is the main priority.

Air Freight

Suitable for samples, urgent requirements, and smaller time-sensitive shipments.

Delivery to an Agreed Destination

Where agreed, logistics can be coordinated toward the buyer's warehouse, hotel, business location, or another specified delivery point.

Freight method, responsibility, customs handling, duties, taxes, and final delivery terms are defined by the agreed Incoterm and quotation.

Commercial terms

Clear responsibilities before shipment

The quotation defines the agreed Incoterm so both sides understand responsibility for freight, customs procedures, insurance, duties, and final delivery.

DAP - Delivered at Place

Nile Bridge Trade can coordinate transport to an agreed destination. Import clearance, duties, and taxes remain the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Other Terms

FCA, FOB, CIF, or other suitable Incoterms can be discussed depending on the order and buyer requirements.
