Nile Bridge Trade is the public trading name. Final registered legal identity, address, and responsible contact remain launch blockers until verified by professional review.
Contact and quotation forms may collect name, company, work email, phone, country, company website, product interest, destination market, quantity, message, attachments, source page, referrer, campaign parameters, and privacy consent records.
Enquiry data is processed to respond to business requests, review product fit, prepare quotation follow-up, handle sample or document requests, and manage B2B communication. It is not used for marketing unless a separate consent is added later.
Enquiry records are stored in Supabase using server-side credentials. Public visitors cannot read or update enquiry records directly. Attachments are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket.
Transactional email notifications and customer confirmations are sent through Resend. Email content includes the enquiry reference number and a practical summary of the request.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce spam and automated abuse. The server verifies Turnstile responses before accepting production submissions.
Optional attachments such as specifications, drawings, product lists, and reference images are validated for size and file type. Executable and script files are rejected.
The server may process limited technical information needed for reliability, security, rate limiting, duplicate prevention, and troubleshooting. Full messages, attachment contents, and secret tokens should not be logged.
Optional analytics are implemented with consent controls. Final cookie and privacy wording must be reviewed before production launch.
Potential legal bases may include contract preparation, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligations. Final wording requires professional legal review.
Active enquiries may be retained for business follow-up. Closed enquiries should be reviewed after a defined period. Spam submissions and rejected uploads should be deleted sooner. Attachment retention must be defined before launch.
Data may be shared with hosting providers, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare, logistics partners, approved suppliers, or professional advisers where necessary to respond to the enquiry or meet legal obligations.
Because buyers, suppliers, and service providers may be in different countries, international transfer rules and safeguards must be reviewed before launch.
Final policy should explain access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and complaint rights where applicable.

The final page should include an effective date, update process, and review owner.
