Define the Assortment Before Comparing Quotations

Wholesale bedding begins with a practical range plan: products, sizes, colours and pack quantities. Decide which items will be sold separately and which belong in sets. Flat sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases can share a colour direction, but each needs its own construction and dimensions. A clear item schedule helps you compare offers and prepare stock records. Identify the intended market and price positioning as a buying requirement, without treating a general product label as evidence of a specific fabric or performance level.

Cotton Composition and Egyptian Cotton Options

Our existing bedding specifications identify 100% cotton and product-specific Egyptian cotton options. For sheets, Egyptian cotton is documented from 300 TC as a premium option. Agree the material and weave for every item rather than assuming the same fabric applies across an entire collection. Cotton origin and Egyptian manufacturing should be stated separately in your brief and packaging review. If you need origin documentation or other evidence for your retail claims, request it for the chosen production program before approving those claims on consumer packaging or a catalogue.

Coordinate Sheets, Covers and Pillowcases

Flat sheets need finished dimensions and hem details. Fitted sheets require mattress dimensions and pocket depth. Duvet covers need the cover size and set contents, while pillowcases need pillow space, style and finishing. State each component explicitly so a wholesaler or retailer can describe the pack accurately. Where a coordinated set is proposed, review the appearance and construction of each item alongside the full pack. This reduces ambiguity when the purchasing, warehousing and retail teams use different item names or local bed size conventions.

Sizes and Colour Mix for Retailers and Distributors

Give quantities by product, size and colour, including any market-specific dimensions. The current cotton sheet range lists AU, US and EU sizing references as well as custom sizes. Those references are starting points; exact dimensions still belong in the order specification. Colour planning should include an agreed reference and the finishing requirements for each fabric. If your distribution customers use different size names, consider how labels and item records will distinguish them. Review the proposed mix during quotation because a multi-item collection has different production and packing requirements from a single repeated article.

Private-Label Wholesale Bedding

A buyer brand can be incorporated through labels, artwork and custom packaging, subject to product and project review. Provide the label design, location, pack format, set contents and care wording with the product brief. Avoid developing packaging independently of the final fabric specification: composition, sizing and contents need to match the product supplied. Online brands may also need consistent item identifiers and product information for listings. Artwork approval, samples, tests and commercial terms are agreed for the chosen program rather than assumed to be identical for every wholesale order.

Packing for Wholesale Handling

Specify retail units, inner quantities where needed, export cartons and shipping marks. A set-packed duvet cover and an individually packed fitted sheet create different warehouse requirements, so describe the format for each item. State whether products will be labelled for a single market or multiple distribution channels. Request the packing information needed to assess transport and storage, and confirm it before dispatch. Packaging options are part of the documented textile offer; exact carton dimensions, quantities and material choices are confirmed against the approved products and the final order.

Include Towels and Complementary Textiles Carefully

Towels can complement a bedding assortment for home or hospitality customers, but they need a separate buying specification. The hotel towel range identifies towel types, dimensions to confirm, GSM references and finishing options. Filled pillows and duvet inserts also have distinct shell and fill requirements. Keep these items separate in the brief so a cotton bedding collection does not imply that every accessory shares its fibre composition. Add complementary products where there is a clear use case and define how they will be packed or sold alongside the main bed linen range.

International Orders and Repeat Specifications

For export enquiries, include destination, preferred delivery terms and document requirements. Production timing and shipping arrangements are reviewed after the assortment and packaging are sufficiently defined. For a repeat order, reference the previously approved specification and identify any changes in colour, size, label or quantity. Repeat supply should be discussed with current availability and commercial terms, rather than assumed from an earlier order. Keep the item schedule and approval notes together so future enquiries use a clear reference. Contact Nile Bridge Trade to review the collection, request current product details and obtain a project-specific wholesale quotation.

Buyer Questions

Can wholesale bedding be supplied under our brand?

Labels, branding and packaging can be reviewed for private-label production. Share artwork, item quantities and the proposed pack format so feasibility and quotation terms can be confirmed.

Can a collection include several bed linen products?

The range includes flat sheets, fitted sheets, duvet cover sets and pillowcases. Define each component, size and quantity in the collection brief; set contents and packing are confirmed for the project.

Is 100% cotton the same as Egyptian cotton?

100% cotton describes fibre composition. Egyptian cotton describes cotton origin and requires product-specific confirmation. Manufacturing a sheet in Egypt does not by itself establish the origin of its cotton. Our documented bedding range includes Egyptian cotton options for selected products.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Provide products, finished dimensions, fabric composition, weave, colours, quantities by item, branding, packaging and destination. MOQ, sample arrangements and timing are confirmed according to the product, specification, quantity, packaging and delivery requirements.
